Matchbox Batmobile

I was in Walmart today and saw that they put out a case of Matchbox cars. I prayed that the Batmobile would be on the pegs and my prayers were answered. This is the first Batmobile for Matchbox and it was way overdue. Mattel has had the DC Comics license from 2003 since Hasbro lost the license. Hot Wheels has had a Batmobile in it's line practically every year since 2004 whereas Matchbox hasn't had one until 2012.
The Batmobile is based on the Mattel Designed Batman Power Attack line which isn't based on a Batman TV show or current comic book for that matter. The Batmobile is a stunning car for Matchbox's first attempt at the caped crusader's ride. It's a bit wider than Hot Wheels Batmobiles. The paint is a sparkly blue metallic.
Don't touch my Car BITCH
I would highly recommend this Batmobile to any Batman fan.

Top 10 Cars that Hot Wheels Should Make

The other day I was thinking about some cars that Hot Wheels really should make. Most of them on this list are TV and Movie cars, while some are not.
  1. Batman Forever and Batman and Robin Batmobiles. Well Since Mattel has already made the 1989 Batmobile, the 1966, and the Tumbler, why not make the Joel Schumacher era Batmobiles even though nobody likes the movies the cars deserve a chance.
  2. Wagon Queen Family Truckster. Well this car has never been made in diecast form whatsoever. It is a legendary movie car after all. On the downside National Lampoon's Vacation is rated R so seeing a hot wheels version of the wagon is unlikely, but you never know.
  3. 1975 Chevrolet K5 Blazer from Jaws. I love the custom Amity Police Department 1975 Chevy K5 Blazer with the top removed and the light bar on it. It is a really cool car from Jaws and it is one of the most memorable police vehicles in movie history. A replica just sold for $22,000 at the Barret Jackson Auction in Palm Beach FL.
  4. The General Lee. Why hasn't Mattel made this car yet? They already have a '69 Dodge Charger in the line and all they have to do is modify it a little bit to make this legend.
  5. Rolls-Royce Phantom. In the early days of Hot Wheels, there was a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow in the line and later came a Phantom II. Since Then a Rolls-Royce hasn't been in the Hot Wheels line since the 1995 FAO Schwarz 24k Gold Classics 3-Pack. So If they still have the Rolls-Royce license they could make one.
  6. Ferrari 456 GT Venice Wagon. Yes This is not a Joke a several of these obscure cars were made by Ferrari for the Sultan of Brunei and they would make a perfect addition to the Hot Wheels lineup.
  7. Yugo GV. Yes that's right a Yugo GV. Probably the worst car ever made. It would be one of the more obscure hot wheels cars in the line. Everyone Needs a Yugo Sometime... Even a Hot Wheels one.
  8. Grumman-Olson P800. You're probably wondering what is that? You've probably seen one of these everyday but you don't know what kind of truck it is. Give up? It's the UPS Package cars with the rounded off front and round headlights. It would be a cool one indeed.
  9. Subaru 360. Here is a tip to Mattel, make more Subaru's and older Japanese cars. So far Hot Wheels has made 2 Subaru's and one upcoming. It would be real nice to see them make their first car they sold here back in 1968.
  10. GEO Tracker/ Chevrolet Tracker. Why Hasn't anyone made this legendary SUV? It's a classic American car that is really a rebadged Suzuki. They Sold zillions of these things and they never got a toy version. What A Crock. I hope to see one in my lifetime.

Suing For Stupid Stuff

A few years ago there was a man named Caesar Barber who unsuccessfully sued McDonald's, Burger King, KFC and Wendy's because the food he ate there every day made him fat. Seriously this man was joking. because what America needs right now is another asinine lawsuit. It's not like Ronald McDonald and the Burger King held this man at gunpoint and said eat here or you will suffer the consequences. People are stupid. Just because you eat at fast food restaurants every day make them liable for making you fat.

Now say if i trip and fall in my new pair of size 13 shoes and scrape my knee. I want to sue Nike for making shoes that are in the unlucky shoe size 13. Therefore since I was wearing size 13 Nike shoes and fell. I can say that because the shoes were in size 13 they made me an unlucky person and I fell on the sidewalk and got a boo boo on my knee. Where is the common sense here?
Back in 1994 an old lady sued McDonald's because she spilled hot coffee on her lap suffered 3rd degree burns. Now if I am not mistaken isn't coffee supposed to be served hot? Correct me if I am wrong but maybe this old lady came from Bizarro Earth where coffee is served cold. Anyway this grandma got less than $600k in damages. Common Sense Is dead and no one cares. I do care.
Here is another made up example. Everyone knows the old disclaimer product Actual colors may vary. Can I sue for bait and switch and false advertising. I bought the new toy Batmobile and on the box it showed the interior to have black seats. I opened the box only to find out it has blue seats. Hey that's false advertising Bucko. I'm gonna sue for ass off because my Batmobile doesn't have black seats and you lied to the consumer. Just because they used the prototype photos doesn't mean that they are the ones you are going to get.
