Mattel Basic 33 Tamina Snuka

  Today I stopped into Toys R Us and happened to find one of my biggest Mattel wants, Basic series 33 Tamina Snuka, I finally am caught up on the Mattel WWE Diva collection.  So Let's get to the Basic 33 Tamina Snuka.
  Tamina Snuka is one of Mattel's best Diva figures that came out in 2013. Tamina is has different boots than most divas because she has plates on the front of her boots. Also Tamina's headscan is pretty accurate. Her hair sculpt is excellent. Her attire is based on what she wore in 2012 In addition her figure's attire is shiny just like the one pictured to your right.

 Also Tamina is packed one per case since she is a diva figure.

Mattel Battle Packs 24 Naomi and Cameron

  For my 24th birthday, I decided to give myself a birthday present of a WWE figure. Well since I bought a Diva last year for my birthday, I wanted to follow tradition of buying a diva figure every year. This year I bought the Funkadactyl's, Naomi and Cameron.
  Now Naomi and Cameron are first time in the line figures. Their figures aren't too bad for first figures. Their headscans are dead on accurate to their real life counterparts. Since they are diva figures, they are shortpacked at 1 per case. Their attire is a tad bit outdated since they now wear NFL cheerleader styled attire. Anyway since the figures have high heeled boots, they have a bit trouble standing up. That's not a real big problem with the figures since you have to position them just right so they can stand up with out tipping over.
   Naomi is taller than Cameron, so that shows that Mattel is starting to care about the Divas scale again. Mattel seemed to be slacking off on the divas scale over the past few basic series. The disco ball accessory is one of the weirdest accessories that Mattel has made. How is it weird? Well for starters the Disco ball has to be snapped together and you can hang it with a suction cup. Here's the problem with the suction cup. If your a kid playing Tons of Funk and have a WWE ring, what on earth would you hang the disco ball on? Whatever. It's better than re releasing a unpainted pink Divas Title.
  Overall I would highly recommend Naomi and Cameron to any Mattel WWE collector. They're great additions to the Divas roster and come with an unusual accessory.

Mattel Basic 31 Rosa Mendes

  Today I received my Mattel Basic 31 Rosa Mendes figure from a fellow wfigs.proboards.com member for $21. Which isn't a bad deal considering I have yet to find this set in stores in my town. I have seen B31 before at a Target but Rosa Mendes was not there. Anyway Rosa Mendes is a unique figure because her boots have heels on them. The heeled boots make her a little difficult to stand up properly. She's tricky to stand up but you can do it. Rosa is perfect height for a diva since she is 5'8 in real life. Her figure will be taller than Layla

  Today I finally got my hands on an Elite 19 Miss Elizabeth Flashback. I traded two Mattel diva's figures to get it, a b11 Eve Torres and a 2pack series 1 Beth Phoenix. Miss Elizabeth was originally planned to be in the Legends line but since the line died it has been moved to the Elite line as a flashback figure. Just like Elite 16 Kevin Nash, Miss Elizabeth is in every other case of Elite 19 making her hard to find. E19 HBK will be easier to find due to him being in the first wave and not the revision wave. Now E19 Miss Elizabeth gets alot of hate from the collecting community for some reason. I however do not hate it.  Also Miss Elizabeth is the first figure to be wearing a dress, and the second to be wearing heels with B13 Vickie Guerrero being the first to have heels.
  Another thing to be careful about Miss Elizabeth is her feet. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a foot fetish it's that the feet can break off. I saw pictures of one with a broken foot when it was taken right out of the box. Since Miss Elizabeth is wearing high heels, she might be hard to stand up on her own without the aid of  display stand.

  Well Since it is the Holiday season, I decided to buy something crazy. I followed last years Christmas present to myself with buying another Mattel WWE Diva figure that I probably won't find in stores. Last Year I bought B13 Vickie Guerrero from Amazon.com and I'm glad I did that because I never saw that figure in stores. Trust me I NEVER saw it. So this years Christmas present to myself was no other Diva than AJ Lee. Now this figure is a First Time in The Line figure which is good.
  AJ comes with a necklace that is non-removable and has 2 non removable wristbands. Also the Headscan is one of Mattel's best headscans of 2012.
   When It comes down to the casepacking, AJ is packed 1 per case in the first wave and 2 per case in the revision. I like how Mattel is giving the Diva's another try at packing them at more than 1 per case here.

   Also the packaging has changed a bit here too. They have been eliminating a lot of cardboard to cut costs, This is an advantage to MOC collectors who want to save space when displaying their collection.
To your left is a loose picture of AJ. The figure is just stunning.
