UPS Mail Innovations Again?

I guess history really does repeat itself. In fact everytime I get something shipped by UPS Mail Innovations, I blog about it. I don't know why but for some reason I do. I just want everybody to know about how bad this service is.
Yesterday I bought the Tomica Hypercity Dual Die-Cast Car Set - Mitsubishi Lancer and Subaru Impreza from Toysrus.com because I can never seem to find them in their stores. I am a huge Subaru buff. As my fellow American Subaru fans know, not many die cast companies make Subaru's except for Japan's own Tomy. Hot Wheels and Matchbox have about 3 combined total with the upcoming Hot Wheels WRX. Also I find that Tomica cars are very unique as well. The wheels have independent suspension meaning each of the wheels can bounce when you push the car down. Also Tomica cars have really tight door hinges which don't loosen up when you open them unlike Hot Wheels cars which hoods loosen up as soon as you open them.
For those who don't know what UPS Mail Innovations is, I'll explain. UPS Mail Innovations is a mail prepping service provided by the guys in the brown shorts, UPS. UPS Mail Innovations handles the mail and then sends it to it's final destination, your local post office. Now UPS Mail Innovations has horrible tracking because they rarely update it. If you're lucky enough it might have an update. Also your package may travel to a UPSMI hub that is a state or two away from yours, meaning that your package will travel all the way back to the your state where it should have been dropped off in the first place. So Stay Away from UPS Mail Innovations.

More Reasons Why UPS Mail Innovations Is Ineffective

When I checked the status of the tracking info for my WWE Series 12 Alberto Del Rio figure, I noticed that It moved from Groveport Ohio to Logan Township NJ. I live in Hazleton Pennsylvania, and my package went from Ohio to New Jersey. This is messed up big time. Last time I checked, Pennsylvania is between New Jersey and Ohio. So sending this package to Logan Township New Jersey is pointless. Here is the distance between Groveport Ohio and Hazleton Pennsylvania 454 miles, equivalent to an 8 hour and 4 minute drive. Now from Groveport Ohio to Logan Township New Jersey is 506 miles and is equivalent to a 9 hour and 6 minute drive. UPS Mail Innovations give your package the complete run around. Now from Logan Township New Jersey to Hazleton Pennsylvania is 107 miles or a 2 hour and 8 minute drive. Believe me this is really a screwed up logistics system. Why in the Hell can't UPS deliver a freaking package to the state it is going to without taking it to another state that it doesn't belong in? Does a package being sent from Ohio to Pennsylvania have to be sent to a sorting facility in New Jersey? No it does not. I don't think that UPS doesn't give a fuck about how ineffective their UPS Mail Innovations is. They don't belong in the mail prepping business in the first place. If UPS loves logistics so much why won't they fix this damn UPS Mail Innovations. FedEx Smartpost is better than this shitty service called UPS Mail Innovations.

Oh No Not UPS Mail Innovations Again

On Saturday I ordered WWE Basic series 12 Alberto Del Rio from Toys R Us.com and my package is being sent through that damn UPS Mail Innovations again. I blogged about this horrendous service that UPS offers. I'll go through explaining this process again for those of you who don't know. UPS receives the package, and prepares it to be delivered through the USPS. Now the tracking information is shittier than the USPS' Track and Confirm where if your lucky enough, your package might get a tracking update once in a while.
What annoys me is that for the $5.28 I paid to have the figure shipped could have went to UPS to deliver the package instead of their Mail Innovations crap. Or Better yet they could of shipped it USPS for the amount of money. UPS Mail Innovations Sucks big time. I think that when you choose to have something shipped that they should give you options at least to what shipping service you want so you don't get stuck with this so called UPS Mail Innovations.

UPS Mail Innovations Sucks

Last Thursday I ordered a Mickie James figure from mattelshop.com and they shipped it via UPS Mail Innovations. Its been a week since the item shipped and I still haven't got it. This shipping service is a piece of shit and I really mean it. If the toy was shipped via regular UPS it would have got here by now.
Lets reference Animaniacs for a second. Remember those Good Idea Bad Idea segments? Well this is one of those. Good Idea, shipping a package through USPS. Bad Idea, letting UPS ship the package through the USPS. I never heard of this bullshit shipping service before so I was curious to find out more about this UPS Mail Innovations. So I Googled UPS Mail Innovations and found out they have real shitty reviews. I really mean shitty.
In September I ordered a T-shirt from a website, It was shipped via FedEx Smartpost. I am going to do a comparison here between UPS and FedEx's mail services. With FedEx I got my T-shirt in a week. With UPS it's been a week and I still haven't got it. If FedEx is faster than UPS, wouldn't UPS try to be faster?

Well that answer is no in my opinion. Because mail is not really a priority to UPS. If I was waiting for a heart for a transplant and it was being shipped UPS Mail Innovations I would be dead by now.
Another problem with this service is the tracking info. Since I work part time and go to college part time, I have time on my hands to track a package. Although most people don't have time to do so. They shipped the package on the Friday the 21st of January. and the tracking info wasn't updated from that time since until Tuesday the 26th. When I get something shipped via regular UPS tracking info is updated constantly. This is ironic since UPS is the largest courier service. You would think that they would be consistent with all of their parcels being shipped.
If I could sue them for every day that I suffer without my Mickie James Diva figure. I just want my darn figure already.
